The format and content are always customized to address specific workplace issues and meet the desired objectives. Typically, eight, day workshops are delivered in a classroom setting. Accountability assignments are required to integrate new techniques into practice.

If desired, this program may be delivered in a retreat format which greatly enhancing the teambuilding aspect of this program.
